(Contract Inoculation Services – PHP)
This Schedule forms an integral part of the Contract Inoculation Agreement (CIA) between Crown MycoResin Biotech Inc. (“Service Provider”) and the Client.
All prices below are expressed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
1. BASIS OF PRICING
Pricing is determined by:
- Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) class
- BarIno™ product used
- Complexity of inoculation (hole count & dosage)
- Labor and professional service provision
Prices include:

✔ Professional labor & tools
✔ Standard field documentation
Prices exclude:
✖ Travel to remote sites
✖ Lodging & meals (if required)
✖ Optional monitoring & harvest advisory

4. VOLUME DISCOUNTS

5. SHARED PRODUCTION PRICING (OPTIONAL MODEL)
Under shared-production arrangements:
- Upfront inoculation fees may be reduced by 30–60%
- Crown MycoResin Biotech Inc. receives 20–40% of net agarwood proceeds
- Net proceeds are defined in a separate Revenue Share Schedule
6. VALIDITY & ADJUSTMENTS
- Prices are valid for ninety (90) days from quotation date.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust pricing due to:
- Significant changes in DBH distribution
- Site accessibility challenges
- Biosecurity requirements
All adjustments shall be disclosed in writing prior to execution.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
- 50% upon contract signing
- 50% upon completion of inoculation services
Alternate terms may be agreed in writing.
